Summary:

ORDER This is my Final Order disposing of one outstanding issue as referred to in Interim Order M-285, dated March 11, 1994. In Interim Order M-285, I ordered the City of Kitchener (the City) to reconsider its exercise of discretion under section 12 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act . I further ordered the City to provide me with representations as to the factors considered when so doing. I have received the City's representations, which reference consideration of the particular issues in this appeal. In reviewing the exercise of discretion, I find nothing improper, and would not alter it on appeal. ORDER: I uphold the City's decision. This is my Final Order disposing of one outstanding issue as referred to in Interim Order M‑285, dated March 11, 1994.

 

In Interim Order M-285, I ordered the City of Kitchener (the City) to reconsider its exercise of discretion under section 12 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.  I further ordered the City to provide me with representations as to the factors considered when so doing.

 

I have received the City's representations, which reference consideration of the particular issues in this appeal.  In reviewing the exercise of discretion, I find nothing improper, and would not alter it on appeal.
